Welcome to YardPair. YardPair.com is an Application (the “Application”) owned and operated by YardPair, LLC (the “Company” “us” and/or “we”), a limited liability company, in conjunction with the Company’s cloud-based platform that facilitates pre-existing relationships between property owners and Service Providers (“Application”). The Application, Features and any other services or products we may offer from time to time (as defined herein below) constitute the “YardPair Application.”
The YardPair platform collects and processes certain information that Users submit, as described throughout in this Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in accordance with the terms herein and reflected in the Terms of Service.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account or profile created for You to access the YardPair Application. Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting interests or equivalent management authority.
Company (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) means YardPair, LLC.
Country refers to the United States.
Device means any device capable of accessing the YardPair Application, including computers, mobile phones, tablets, or similar hardware.
Sale means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined under applicable privacy law.
Service refers to the YardPair Application, including the Application, platform features, and related tools and support.
Third-Party Processor means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. This includes third-party companies or individuals engaged to provide functionality, analytics, hosting, payment processing, communications, or other components of the YardPair Application.
Third-Party Social Media Service means any website, platform, or social network through which a User may log in to or create an Account for access to the YardPair Application. Usage Data refers to information automatically collected through the YardPair Application, such as device identifiers, browsing behavior, feature usage, crash logs, or performance data. You means the individual accessing or using the YardPair Application, or the company, organization, facility, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the YardPair Application, as applicable.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from You when You create an Account, complete a form, submit a User Profile, use features within the Application, communicate with other Users, or otherwise interact with the YardPair Application. The categories of information we may collect include:

4. Payment Information
When You use the YardPair Application to complete purchase transactions or otherwise use the payment gateway, we may collect:- Billing name and address

- Transaction history
- Full payment-card data is processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe), not by YardPair
5. Search, Pairing, and Usage Data
We may automatically collect information about Your interactions with the YardPair Application, including:- Search history

- Account history
- Dates and times of access

- Device and Log Data that includes operating system, identifiers, IP address, and browser type

We may use the information we collect from You in the following ways:- To operate, maintain, and improve the YardPair Application; connect Property Owners and Service Providers; process service requests; facilitate payments; and support other features in the Application.
- To personalize and improve Your experience or the Application.
- To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, send notifications, or push any other data.
- To create, manage, and all administrative functions regarding Accounts for Property Owners and Service Providers.
- To send transactional or administrative communications related to Your Account or activity on the YardPair Application.
- To generate analytics about how Users interact with the YardPair Application, including search trends, User engagement, and usage patterns.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and functionality of the YardPair Application, including monitoring for misuse or unauthorized activity.
- To communicate updates about the YardPair Application. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
- To support and maintain the payment gateway in preventing fraud, payment circumvention, or other misuse of this feature or Application.
- To comply with any law, regulation, legal proceeding or enforcement action.
We do not sell Your personally identifiable information. We may disclose certain information as required to operate the YardPair Application, including through integrated APIs or Third-Party Processors who assist with hosting, analytics, communications, identity verification, or payment processing. These parties are permitted to use personal information only as necessary to perform their functions. In the event the company materially changes this policy in the future where the use, disclosure, or transfer of personal information for purposes not described in this Privacy Policy, we will update this policy and provide notice as required by law. When consent is required by law, we will obtain your consent prior to changing this policy.
We may also disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of YardPair, our Users, or others. If YardPair undergoes a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be transferred to a successor entity.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information to create analytics, reports, perform an operations function, benchmarking, business intelligence, advertising, market insights, product development, or insights that do not identify any individual. We may use or share such aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose. This processing is conducted solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the YardPair Application, and is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling unrelated to platform functionality.
Third party links/transactions
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on the YardPair Application, including “Vendors” as defined in the Terms of Service. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the
content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the YardPair Application and welcome any feedback about these sites.
When Users interact with one another through the YardPair Application, certain information such as names, contact details, property addresses, services rendered, and the content of communications may be shared between the interacting Users. Any information a User chooses to disclose directly to another User is shared voluntarily and at the User’s own risk.
YardPair does not control how other Users may use or disclose information that You choose to share with them, and we are not responsible for any actions taken by Property Owners, Service Providers, or any other User with respect to such information. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate discretion when sharing personal information and for complying with all applicable privacy laws when handling information obtained through the YardPair Application.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Residents of the State of California, under certain provisions of the California Civil Code, have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed certain personally identifiable information as defined under California law during the preceding year for third party direct marketing purposes. You are limited to one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). The YardPair Application is intended to be used by those who are at least eighteen (18) years old. It is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) years old, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years old, nor do we knowingly allow those under the age of eighteen (18) years old to register for the Application.
If we become aware any User violates this section, we will use reasonable steps to disable the account and delete this information, unless we are required by law to retain this information.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This online Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the YardPair Application and not to information collected offline.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
Keeping Your Information Secure
We have implemented security measures we consider reasonable and appropriate to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information. In the unfortunate event that your “personally identifiable information” (as the term or similar terms are defined by any applicable law requiring notice upon a security breach) is compromised, we may notify you by email (at our sole and absolute discretion) to the last email address you have provided us in the most expedient time reasonable under the circumstances; provided, however, delays in notification may occur while we take necessary measures to determine the scope of the breach and restore reasonable integrity to the system as well as for the legitimate needs of law enforcement if notification would impede a criminal investigation. From time to time we evaluate new technology for protecting information, and when appropriate, we upgrade our information security systems.
Contact and Opt-Out Information- You may contact us at support@yardpair.com if: (a) you have questions or comments about our Privacy Policy; (b) wish to make corrections to any personally identifiable information you have provided; (c) want to opt-out from receiving future commercial correspondence, including emails, from us or our affiliated companies; or (d) wish to withdraw your consent to sharing your personally identifiable information with others. We will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, make the requested change in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features of the YardPair Application.

You understand and agree that, when you visit certain pages of our Website or use our Services, our servers may send “cookies”. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. Such electronic personal information is sent to us automatically. If you do not wish to accept cookies in respect of your use of the Services, you should stop using the Services, or turn off your cookies using your Internet browser settings, but please be aware that some of the functionality of the Websites or Services and associated services may not work if your browser does not accept cookies.
Sole Statement- This Privacy Policy as posted on the YardPair Services is the sole statement of our privacy policy with respect to the YardPair Application, and no summary, modification, restatement or other version thereof, or other privacy statement or policy, in any form, is valid unless we post a new or revised policy to the YardPair Application.
